Cathy O’Brien’s life has a before and an after.
Before: she was born into a multi-generational incest family, was sexually abused from infancy, and then became part of the Monarch MK Ultra mind-control program.
So many compartments in her mind to compartmentalize the abuse so she could function.
In the end, she lost all sense of self. No free will. Total compliance
After: a journey to recover her inner freedom and her self.
How did it happen? Mark saw her and her daughter. He cared.
The journey: from flashes of memory, to over a year before she became solid in her sense of self.
The healing continued for years, but from that moment she had a solid sense of self, free will, no one could impose their will on her. So she was responsible, from then on, for her actions.
It's a journey of much more than healing. Cathy cares to reach the world with her story and especially with the tools for breaking the hold of the mind-control that is so strong all around us.
